Tender Name: Provision of Security Guard Services

• The Anti-Counterfeit Authority (A.C.A.) invites tenders from eligible candidates for PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES for a period of one year extendable for one year subject to satisfactory performance. 

• Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

• Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website invest.go.ke or PPIP Portal free of charge or at no cost

• A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of KES 1,000 in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

• Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website aca.go.ke or PPIP Portal free of charge or at no cost. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to eThis email address is being protected from spambots. • The Tenderer MUST chronologically serialize and initial all pages of the tender documents submitted.

• A site visit on (10^th August, 2021 at 11am) is recommended before submission of the tender for clarification and any other information required

• Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 1000hrs on 17^th August, 2021

• Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

• Late tenders will be rejected.
