TENDER NAME : (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MILK - NAIROBI)

The ANTI-COUNTERFEIT AUTHORITY (A.C.A.) invites tenders from eligible candidates for procurement of Milk– (Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities) for a period of twelve months with a year’s renewal on satisfactory performance of services.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

The tenderer shall furnish, as part of this tender, a completed tender securing declaration form.

Completed tender documents are to be delivered marked with the Tender number:- ACA/AT/005/2019-2020 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MILK so as to reach THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR,ANTI-COUNTERFEIT AUTHORITY, P.O. BOX 47771-00100 NAIROBI, on or before Tuesday, August 20, 2019at 10:00am 

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.00am in the presence of the candidates representatives who choose to attend on the 3rdfloor ACA board room.
