The Anti-Counterfeit Authority (ACA) has taken a substantial stride in the battle against counterfeiting by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Machakos County. The agreement, sealed by Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti and ACA's Director of Enforcement, Mr. Osman Yusuff on behalf of the ACA Executive Director Dr. Robi Mbugua Njoroge, signifies a united front in safeguarding intellectual property rights.

The signing ceremony took place at the sidelines of the Machakos County Industry Investment Forum and was graced by distiguised guests including the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Ms. Rebecca Miano and attended by the Principal Secretary State Department of industry Dr. Juma Mukhwana among other senior officers from the Ministry.
