Anti Counterfeit Authority (ACA) wishes to invite registered bidders to participate in the restricted tender for Provision of Security Guarding Services. Interested candidates may obtain bid documents from the Supply Chain Management office, National water Plaza 3rd Floor, Dunga Road for free, the bid documents can also be downloaded free of charge from the following website www.aca.go.ke. Duly completed bid documents shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked 'TENDER DESCRIPTION AND REFERENCE NUMBER' and addressed to;

NAIROBI

And be deposited in the tender box located on the 3rd Floor, to be received on or before Thursday, 23rd November 2023 at 10.00am and shall be valid for a period of 150 days
after bide submission. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of firm's representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected
