1. Job Specification
Human Resource and Administration Officer II is responsible to the Human Resource and Administration Officer I for:-
- Ensuring provision of efficient office, telephone and newspapers services
- Ensuring registration and remittance of statutory deductions for staff;
- Maintaining staff attendance register and prepare reports;
- Preparing payroll;
- Supervising cleaning and maintenance and security activities in the agency;
- Facilitating staff welfare activities; and
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned.
Person Specifications
Human Resource and Administration Officer II will perform a variety of human resource duties of limited scope and complexity under appropriate guidance and supervision of a more senior officer. For appointment to the grade of Human Resource and Administration Officer I, an officer must have:-
- Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel/Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Commerce) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- At least two (2) years working experience in Human Resource and Administration.
