 Anti-Counterfeit Authority (ACA) was established under section 3 of the Anti-Counterfeit Act No. 13 of 2008 assented on the 24th December, 2008 as a corporate body under the state Corporations Acts, chapter 446 of the Law of Kenya.

The Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and delivery of Bottled Water and returnable water dispenser in line with the Public Procurement guidelines for framework contracting.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender document at the supply chain office, situated at the Anti-Counterfeit Authority on Third Floor, National Water Plaza, Dunga road, during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates at Anti-Counterfeit Authority, supply chain department offices located, National Water Plaza, Dunga road or downloaded from the Authority’s website www.aca.go.ke and the PPIP portal.

Prices quoted must be in Kenya Shillings and should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs and shall remain valid for (12) months from the date of contract signing.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender name and number, and be deposited in the Tender Box at Third Floor, National Water Plaza or be addressed to;-

So as to be received on or before. Wednesday, 07th December, 2022 at 11:00 am.

The Tenders shall be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the ACA Board Room, 3rd Floor, at National Water Plaza.
