At Anti-Counterfeit Agency, we are committed to providing quality service to our clients. In order to continuously improve our services, we will appreciate if you would spend a few minutes of your time and rate our services to you.
We greatly encourage feedback on our service delivery in form of commendations, suggestions and complaints through Online feedback form, mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, suggestion boxes and personal discussions. Feedback forms are also available at our customer care desk. ACA will undertake to investigate and give feedback within seven days.
However, if you are not satisfied with the redress taken by the Agency and wish to make a formal complaint, you may write to The Executive Director.
