This Service Charter intends to promote and maintain better understanding and appreciation of the Agency’s role and range of services offered to the public in the fight against counterfeits.
The service charter defines the Mission’s functions, obligations to and expectations of our customers.
It, further, details the services we offer including how to seek redress whenever need arises all with a view to ensuring customer satisfaction.
